How to create a User and assign it to a User Group to inherit security rights setup for a Group
In GreeneStep, the USER Master allows to define Users for accessing GreeneStep Backoffice and Cloudfront App.
Users are Employees, Staff, Sales or Services Reps or various user personas who enter and operate GreeneStep for their day to day work activities, review reports and take decisions.
Based on the User Rights and Module access options ( like access to BackOffice, Cloudfront or 3PL User or to Warehouse App) is setup in the User Master.
It is recommended to define User Group, Assing various rights and access to module menus first and then drop the Users created into the User Group. This is a convenient way assing security rights. Howevere it is possile to assign rights to individual Users directly.
