How to create a CUSTOMER Account on Cloudfront CRM

In GreeneStep, the CUSTOMER Master is another key record that identifies a Customer Account and its Company details who pays for services and products delivered.

For CRM purposes, it is mandatory to manage Customer Accounts with comprehensive details and keep them updated with current details.

The Sales Rep or the Account Manager linked to this customer record manages all the communication with respect to the customer.

One can also create Customers in the BackOffice and access or update on the Cloudfront.

User can also bulk import Customer with the help of the Bulk Import Manager from the BackOffice.

Leads and Prospects:

A customer journey starts with Leads (import) entry or updated as a PROSPECT record. All the information captured at the Prospect stage can be carried to Customer if a prospect is converted to Customer.
