The calendar menu enables logged in users to view his sales orders and purchase orders
2 . Warehousing
The warehousing menu option displays all the listed products
The “Change date range” option enables the user to display products with custom date range
The column chooser option is used to select the required columns to be displayed in the grid
Products can be exported to Excel format
Products can be exported into PDF format
Click on the “New” option to create a new product
The implementation of the filter option streamlines the search procedure, enabling users to effortlessly explore and retrieve items based on their specific classifications and associated types

Enter a product code and description
The inward can be done by supplier restocking by choosing the supplier and other details in warehousing
Restocking by region can be done by selecting the region code > bin code > quantity > reorder no > create
3 . New Inbound Order
New Inbound order enables the user to create a new purchase order by selecting supplier
The "Browse Items" feature facilitates users in selecting product categories and entering the product or item short key to access the desired product within the system.
Click on “Browse Items” > Select a category > search product > Select products and click on add selected items > Click on create
The "Add Line Items" option serves the purpose of enabling users to include products using their respective product codes while creating the purchase order.
Click on “Add Line Item” to directly select the products by entering the product code
4. Inbound Kanban
The “Inbound Kanban view” menu displays the status of all the inbound orders
The change date range option is used to display particular inbound orders by selecting particular date range
Click on the “New” option to create a new Purchase order
Filter option can be used to select different to view orders
“View by” option is used to select the visibility of inbound orders by stages, country, suppliers and other view options
5. Inbound Receiving
The "Inbounds Receiving" menu provides comprehensive information regarding various aspects, such as containers designated for storage, containers allocated for cross docking.
Under the "Inbound Receiving," Module the system offers distinct sections for container receipt, container cross dock receipt, skid receipt, and skids dock receipt, providing individualized information for each of these aspects.
Within this module, the "Supplier" option presents comprehensive details pertaining to various suppliers.
The search functionality operates as a multicolumn search, enabling users to find suppliers by entering specific short words as a search criteria
6. New Outbound Order
“New Outbound Order’ menu enables the user to create a new outbound order by selecting a customer
The "Browse Items" feature facilitates users in selecting product categories and entering the product or item short key to access the desired product within the system
Click on “Browse Items” > Select a category > search product > Select products and click on add selected items > Click on create

7.Outbound Kanban
The change date range option lists the sales order created within the selected date range
The outbound Kanban View is a detailed overview of outbound orders,with information such as the sales order number (SO#), delivery date, the quantity of items involved, as well as the individual order quantities for each item
The outbound Kanban View can be accessed and filtered based on various parameters, including SO template, sales reps, SO status, customers, ship to state, and dispatch ETD

The Outbound Orders menu lists all the sales orders
The Change date range option enables the user to select a particular date, that displays outbound orders created in selected date range
The column chooser option is used to select columns to display
The Excel option is used to export all the data in excel format
The new option button allows users to create a direct Sales Order by selecting the respective customer
5. Select the customer you want to create a sales order
6.Click on the browse items option to select the products to create a sales order
7. Add line item is used to add the line item by entering the product code or description
8. Click on the create option on the right side to create a new sales order
9. Ship to Addresses
The "Ship To Address" menu displays shipping details of the customer
The Change date range option enables the user to select a particular date, that displays outbound orders created in selected date range
The column chooser option is used to select columns to display
The Excel option is used to export all the data in excel format
The new option button allows users to create a direct Sales Order by selecting the respective customer
Click on the New option to create a new customer details
Enter the customer details and click on create option to create a new customer’s shipping details
If the customer exists, the customer code, address field will be auto generated, shipment details can be updated
10. Reverse Logistics
The reverse logistics process comprises an "Inbound Return Order" function, which effectively displays the details of the return shipment back to the supplier, encompassing all relevant supplier information
Export PDF option allows downloading the outbound orders in a PDF format and all the data can be exported to Excel format
11.Task Request
The "Task Request" option facilitates users in viewing the tasks that have been created, and the "New" option button empowers them to initiate the creation of new task requests, streamlining the process of task management and allocation
12. Reports
The "Reports" option offers a diverse selection of reports, encompassing key aspects of the inventory and warehouse management processes
The reports include "Inward Order" and "Inward Transaction" reports, which provide insights into the receiving of goods and associated transactions
The "Outward Order" and "Outward Transaction" report gives comprehensive data on the dispatch of goods and relevant transactions
The system provides "In and Out Pallet Reconciliation Report," aiding in the reconciliation of pallet movements within the warehouse
The "Pallet by Bins Report" and "Warehouse Pallet Report" provide detailed information on pallet placements and warehouse pallet status
Inward Order reports
The "Inward Order Report" furnishes comprehensive information concerning all inbound orders within a specified date range, selected by the user by specifying the "from" and "to" dates. This report serves as a valuable tool for effectively tracking and analyzing incoming orders, contributing to informed decision-making and efficient inventory management
Click on inward report > parameters > select the date range > supplier > category > product > transaction type as inward
The received status and inward status can be viewed based on the receiving of the inward order as > full received > partially received > not received > all
Reports viewed as summary or detailed and click on submit
Inward transaction
The "Inward Transaction" feature grants users access to a comprehensive compilation of all inward transaction reports. This inclusive collection of reports provides valuable insights into the incoming inventory movements and associated transactions, enabling users to monitor, analyze, and manage inbound activities efficiently

Click on Inward transaction > Parameters > Select the date range > Supplier > Transaction Type > Payments Terms > Report - detailed or summary display > Click submit
Outward order
The "Outward Order Report" offers a comprehensive compilation of all outbound ordered information within a specified date range, as selected by the user by specifying the "from" and "to" dates. This report serves as a valuable resource for tracking and analyzing outgoing orders, facilitating informed decision-making and efficient management of outbound logistics
Click on outward report > parameters > select the date range >customer > category > product > region > sales person > transaction type > transaction status > report type > profit based on > submit

This inclusive collection of reports provides valuable insights into the outgoing inventory and associated transactions, enabling users to monitor, analyze, and manage outbound activities efficiently

In and Out Pallet Reconciliation report
The "In and Out Pallet Reconciliation Report" presents comprehensive information pertaining to individual transactions, including transaction numbers, transaction descriptions, pallet transfer particulars specifying the source bin and destination bin, along with corresponding quantities stored
Click on “In and Out Pallet Reconciliation Report” > parameters > select the date range > transaction type > submit
Pallet by Bins Report
The pallets by bins reports present a comprehensive array of information encompassing bin descriptions, bin codes, the quantity of pallets available in each respective bin, confirmed sales order (SO) and purchase order (PO) details, average cost, and total cost metrics
Click on pallets by bins reports > parameters > select date range > category > stock by bin > submit
13. Analytics Queries
In Pallet Stacked Products give the information about pallets, stacked quantity on the pallets along with the product code, description, pallet serial#, pallet code, pallet description, bin code, bin description, supplier code and the GR#
Click on analytics queries > select in pallet stacked products to view the product and pallet details that are stored
Export PDF option enables the user to export all the details in pdf format and data can be exported to Excel format
The “Column Chooser” option enables the user to include or exclude the columns
