GreeneStep Web Store is an Internet-based application which helps the shoppers to make transactions automatically by going through the same processes as the back end operations such as document creation, payment processing, displaying product stock, creating customers and accounting entries.

  The ecommerce has a variety of features that can be modified without any programming or coding skills. The changes can be made just by enabling or disabling a couple of options. Hence you can be assured that the web store performs as per your requirement. All the transactions will be encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol. Any shopper using a browser supporting the SSL protocol can shop with confidence, knowing that their credit card information is being sent safely and securely over the Internet.

GENERAL INFORMATION

You can use the ecommerce webstore as a registered customer or as a guest . If you are a registered customer, or would like to register by using your phone, please refer to the next section, LOGGING IN WITH GreeneStep. If you would like to browse the store and purchase without registering please refer to the BROWSE AS A GUEST section.

LOGGING IN WITH GreeneStep

From the opening menu please select “Login/Register”. The login screen will be loaded. If you are a Registered Customer, login with your credentials else click on the 'Create Account' button to create a new account.

BROWSE AS A GUEST

You can browse the web store as a guest and you will be able to scan the products and add them to the cart, or browse and search the entire catalog. The purchase history and order tracking functions will not work without being logged in. At the time of checkout you will have to login/register.

ADDING THE ITEMS TO TE CART

Add the items that you wish to shop by browsing, scanning the products or browsing the catalogue. Browse for the items, enter the desired quantity and add the items to the cart.

VIEW CART

At the view cart screen you can specify how many of each item you wish to purchase. By default one of each is added to the cart. Tapping on any item opens the “select quantity” function, allowing you to specify a number. In the view cart screen you can also clear the cart to start again, or remove unwanted items from the cart with the “Remove” button.

SUBMITTING YOUR ORDER

When you are ready to place your order, just tap the “Check Out” button and then follow the menus. You can pay immediately using various Payment methods available in the system such as Cash on delivery, Credit card (Visa, Mastercard or Amex) etc. 

Your credit card details are fully encrypted before being sent for processing, so all information is safe and secure at all times.

ORDER STATUS

This button will display your transaction with the tracking details.
