Pick Ticket
A Pick Ticket functions as a guide for warehouse staff to pick and pack products from sales orders. After picking, Sales Invoices can be generated, and the Pick Ticket closed. If all products are not picked, the Pick Ticket can remain open for subsequent picking.
Menu Path: Warehouse > Transactions > Pick Tickets > Menu > New
Select the Stock Bins and click on Continue
Click on 'Click here to select Sales Orders'
Sales orders can be searched by entering the Sales Order#, Sales Rep, Customer, Picked Status or SO Date
Select a Spot Search option and click on Search
Select the sales order and click on Accept
Select line item > Menu > Auto Pick
Confirm Products
Pick Ticket Window > Menu > Confirm Picked Products
Convert the Sales Order to a Sales Invoice
Menu > Convert to Invoice
Click on ‘Finish’ > Click on ‘Yes’, to close the Pick Ticket or No to continuee further
Note: If the Pick Ticket is not closed, it can be used to pick the rest of the Products in the list when required
