Create a Customer Type
Menu Path: CRM > Masters > Customer Type
Enter the Code and Description
Menu Path: CRM > Masters > Customers > Sundry
Select the Customer Type (Assigning the customer to Customer Type group)
Prerequisites
Create Tax Rules
Menu Path: Finance > Masters > Tax Rules
Select the Tax
Select Customer Type and Save
Customer with Tax Rule
Note: Now all the customers listed in the customer group selected will have the same tax rule defined.

Select the Customer type in the "Sundry Tab" at each customer level
