Creating and Updating User Master
Menu Path : Operations > Masters > Users > Menu > New or Click on the" + " symbol
User Code, First Name, and Postal Code are the mandatory fields
Set the user password, this is applicable for Backoffice and Cloudfront
Modify the User master
You can modify the User master from any one of the following locations:
The Users list - Highlight the record and select Menu > Edit > In New Window.
The User master - Specify the code of the user in the Code field.
You can modify all fields in the User master except the Code.
Hide Users
When you hide a user, the user is not deleted from the database and can be re-activated for selection by activating the user.
From the main menu bar, select Company > Users. You will see the Users list.
From the Users list, highlight the user.
Select Menu > Hide User > Accept
Unhide User
Click on Show hidden > Select User > Clcik on Unhide
