User Interface Navigation for Customer List and Master

The various actions that can be performed on the Customer List and the quick access icons present in the Customer List are similar to the Product List page.


The additional icons present in the Customer List are given below:


- Displays the tokenized Credit card details of the selected Customer


- Displays the Customer Aging details


- Displays the SO List of the selected Customer


- Displays the SI List of the selected Customer


- Displays the CO List of the selected Customer


- Displays the CN List of the selected Customer


- Displays the Account Summary of the selected Customer


- Displays the Task List of the selected Customer

Customer Master

To create a new Customer, click (+) sign or use ‘Insert’ key on keyboard from the Customer List.  You can also go to Menu and select ‘New’.


In the Customer Master there are multiple tabs under which you can enter the data based on your business requirement.

General: Enter the Customer Code, Customer Company Name, First Name. Middle Name, Last Name, Address, telephone number, Currency, Sales Rep and other details.

Addresses: You can add multiple Contact and Shipping Address for the Customer. You can set one of the addresses as the default address.

Finance: Enter Pricing Group, Payment Terms, Credit limit and other financial details here.

Accounting: Enter the Accounting details and if the Credit Card need to be tokenized for the Customer.

Terms:  Select the Terms and conditions for each transaction.

Sundry: Enter the details such as Shipping option, Region, Customer Type, Notes etc.

Security: Enter the Password and the security question that can be used during online login. Options to lock the account and Enable Collab login is also available.

Webstore: Enter the webstore details of the Customer such as enabling the payment options and allowing to modify the addresses.

Others: Enter the business codes of the company. Select is the Customer is the Primary partner or link the Customer to the Partner available from the dropdown list.

Logo: Add the Customer Logo.

Tasks: Create/ edit the task and view the task list.

Extended Data:  Enter additional data to the Customer based on your requirement.
